Here at JLD, when a client first contacts myself, Jade, I take all the details from them, which I then pass over to the best suited cleaner within my team with availability.

An Initial Visit

The chosen cleaner will then contact the client and arrange an initial home visit, during which the cleaner will discuss your bespoke cleaning requirements and confirm your quote.

Ongoing Consistency

This cleaner and client will then agree a day and time to complete the work whether it’s regular or a one off, and that cleaner is reserved for all jobs by this client for a cohesive experience.

Should your needs change, you’re always free to get back in contact with me, Jade. Even though you can liaise with your cleaner directly – I’m never far away!
