Each cleaner I work with is hand selected by me. I pride myself on having the very best cleaning team in Lincolnshire, so every member has to meet my high standards.
Hello I’m Jade, I am the owner and founder of JLD Cleaning Services.
I started the JLD Cleaning Services journey back in September 2022. I am a mum of 1 to my son and I have a long term partner, plus our fur baby, Mabel. My family and friends are my biggest support network helping me with this journey.
I started cleaning 4.5 years prior to this so I have gained experience along the way. Now I have an amazing large team, whom i am lucky to have each and every one of them bringing their different characters into JLD. I’m so excited to see where this journey continues to take us, we are moving strength to strength as a team.
I have met some lovely clients along the way and I have very good relationships with all of my clients, most of which I have had from the very start since starting JLD.
I find myself very supportive with all of the girls and we have made good relationships. We have also turned into really good group of friends outside of the work.
Since I started this journey my standards have been high. So when I reached full capacity I was recruiting more people to add to my team to keep the reputation and standards high.
Some of my girls have been with me since the start, together we keep growing, and I’m extremely proud of my team. My girls are fantastic at their job, friendly, reliable and honest, they work to a very high standard and are very thorough in their work.
The girls and myself have excellent relationships with our clients and this reflects in our work also.

“Sarah has been coming to me for nearly 3 months now, I think I was one of her first clients when she joined the team. She is extremely conscientious, a great time keeper, works hard and is a lovely lady. I have 3 dogs who adore her ( they are great judges of character) and I love the way she does jobs that I wouldn’t think of like door sills etc. a couple of weeks ago I asked her to attack my conservatory which she did with gusto. “Hi, I just wanted to let you know how amazing Keira is. She goes above and beyond every visit and does things that I’ve not even asked her to do when she’s had time left over. One day she put a wash on for me because I had an incident with my toddler in the night so had two sets of bedding to get washed but no time to do it. She took it upon her self to get the wash on and hang it out to dry. She has also tackled the children’s playroom and bedrooms the last two visits and that is a job in itself haha She is amazing and I just wanted you to know x “

I started with JLD cleaning services in March 2024 , As much as I have a full time job as civil service for the RAF I love providing a service to those who need it. I would like to know that I am delivering a service that is fit for a king. I am a very much a helper and love to make peoples lives so much for less stressful by taking of there hands with the un necessary jobs that I can happily do for them. I have different aged clients and each of them require things to suit them. JLD Cleaning Services is very flexible for young working families.
Jade is very supportive and always has been there to sort any problems that can occur in day to day activity.
Working with those who need the extra help is an added bonus for me and just getting simple messages such as “it’s so nice coming back to a clean home after a long day at work” just makes it even better.

Hi I’m Helen and I’m 57 years old. I am ex Forces ( RAF) and ex Offender Management and have lived in Lincolnshire for 36 years.
I have been cleaning for Jade for a year this month. I’m meticulous and take pride in my work, and pay great attention to detail.
I have many clients from different walks of life. I have built up very good relationships with them all. I feel as if I make a difference as I am not just a cleaner, I am friendly, approachable and I am a good listener. I’m also not adverse to helping them out by picking up shopping, prescriptions etc when they are unable to get out.
Jade, whose company it is, is fantastic to work for. She liases with us and our clients on a regular basis. She is always on hand if we need her for anything and nothing is a problem to her. I know it sounds like a bit of a cliche but we are like family rather than a group of work colleagues. She has a very close relationship with us all and she values us as a team. There has been no staff turnover which speaks for itself.

I started with JLD in November 2022. Jade being my niece, I knew she was running a cleaning business with this Jade approached me as she was fully booked on her own, so I was the second person to join the team.
Jade is very support and we are a close family network, she’s always checking in on me and the rest of the team to make sure we are ok, and keeps us in the loop with what’s going on.
I love the flexibility JLD brings, especially with having two children, this job gives me the flexibility to be around at school picks up and being home for when my children get home from school.
I have met so many lovely clients along the way and have great relationships with my clients and the rest of the team. Some of which have turned into friends.

Hi, I’m Claire, I have been working with JLD since April 2025, which was a complete career change for me, I knew I wanted to continue helping people so helping with housework tasks is perfect for me. I have a lovely set of clients who I look forward to helping with any task that helps them free up some of their spare time.

Finding and hiring somebody to help with domestic tasks can present all sorts of challenges as well.
